Wetherby Racecourse offers the perfect venue for formal banqueting events, wedding receptions and many other celebratory special occasions.
Whether you are planning a celebratory party with friends or a big dinner dance we understand every event is special. Dinner Dances
The Racecourse caterers, CGC Events Ltd, have a solid reputation built up over many years catering for, quite literally, thousands of functions. Their innovative and delicious menus, using ingredients sourced locally wherever possible, offer a fantastic selection of dishes and wines at extremely competitive rates.
We have a range of suites that can accommodate between 75 and 350 guests for banqueting events and all of our banqueting menus include:
- Function room hire
- Experienced event management
- Fully qualified service staff
- All crockery, cutlery and table linen hire

Weddings
The Racecourse is set in acres of magnificent Yorkshire countryside and offers a unique location for your wedding reception.
Every wedding is individual and we will work with you at every step of the planning processs to make sure your vision becomes a reality and to ensure your planning is stress free from start to finish.
We like to keep things simple and all our wedding breakfast packages include:
- Venue Hire
- Experienced waiting staff to look after you and your guests
- A dedicated event manager to oversee your whole day from start to finish and to provide toastmaster services if required.
- White linen tablecloths and napkins
- All cutlery and crockery
- Glassware

The Racecourse is a unique venue set in magnificent Yorkshire countryside which provides a spectacular backdrop for your charity function.
We have a range of suites that can accommodate between 75 and 350 guests for banqueting events and all of our banqueting menus include:

The Bramham Hall worked really well for our 300 delegates and using the ceiling television screens to project our presentation throughout the room helped no end.
The serving of refreshments and food worked really well. I timed and it took 300 people 11 minutes to all have a drink which enabled us to stay on schedule throughout the day. Lunch worked really well and everyone got through the buffet quick and efficiently.
