Few events compare with the exciting spectacle of a day at the races and there is no better way to entertain clients, staff, family and friends than in the style and surroundings of a first-class racecourse.
The Wetherby Millennium Stand offers the very best in hospitality with panoramic views that extend beyond the racecourse and over the Yorkshire countryside.
Wetherby Millennium Stand
Luxurious private suites are available on the upper floors of the Wetherby Millennium Stand. Each suite has a private viewing balcony which presents a superb panorama of the racing action and the finish post. Guests can enjoy a sumptuous three or four course formal dining menu or hot & cold fork buffet.
Our private suite packages, The Meyrick or The Montagu offer everything you will need for a superb and memorable day, and are available for parties of between 13-250 guests.
Packages include the use of a private suite with balcony viewing, VIP admission badges, reserved parking, complimentary tea/coffee, silver service or informal dining menu, race programmes, racing papers and a private bar facility. Access to tote betting is close to hand.
We also offer a range of ‘Finishing Touches’ to enable you to tailor our packages to suit your requirements.
Our packages
Montagu Package
A champagne and canapé reception is hosted in your private suite, followed by a sumptuous three-course formal dining menu or a special collation hot & cold fork buffet. This is followed by your choice of either a gourmet cheeseboard or a full Yorkshire afternoon tea.
Meyrick Package
Choose from a stunning three-course dining menu or our hot & cold buffet selection is provided in your private suite which also provides access to a private bar, racecourse tv and tote betting facilities.
Finishing Touches
Enhance your hospitality package to suit your day and your event by adding one or more of the following ‘finishing touches’:
- Champagne reception / Hot & cold canapés selection / Dips and breadsticks / Gourmet cheeseboard

Race Sponsorship
Is a great way to really involve your guests in the day and will also promote your business or help celebrate a milestone. A race sponsorship package can be bolted onto your hospitality package and tailored to suit your exact requirements.

Drinks unless stated are not included in your package but we offer a range of bar and drinks options to suit every event, from all-inclusive drinks packages to a cash bar facility.
Pricing
Our Private Suite packages are priced on a per person basis inclusive of Vat and vary according to fixture date. We require a minimum booking of 13 guests for a Private Suite booking.
Dine & View package
Our Dine & View package is an excellent alternative for smaller parties of between 1-12 guests.
Offering a private balcony and panoramic view of the Racecourse, Dine & View is a shared facility located within the Wetherby Millennium Grandstand.
Guests are welcomed into the suite with a warming coffee and biscuits and can then sit and peruse the racecard and papers prior to the first race. The Grand Buffet contains an array of seafood, salads, cold meats and pates for starters as well as a hot soup of the day, and the chef’s table provides a selection of main courses and accompaniments. You will not be able to choose just one from the array of wonderful desserts followed by the gourmet cheeseboard selection.
Dine & View is sold as a package which includes:
- Private table with panoramic views

- Reserved car parking
- Coffee & biscuits on arrival
- Four-course Grand buffet menu
- Race programmes
- Racing papers available within suite
Drinks are not included. We offer an extensive wine and champagne list and drinks are waitress served to your table. You can pre-order drinks by prior arrangement.
Pricing
Dine & View is available for parties of 1-12 guests. Dine & View is available on all of our racedays except for the Christmas meeting when we offer the enhanced Platinum package instead. Dine & View package pricing is variable dependent on fixture date. We offer discounted pricing for children dependent on age.
Platinum package
Celebrate with friends and family over the Festive period.
Our Platinum package offers the best way to celebrate with friends and family over the Festive period.
This package is only available during the Yorkshire Christmas Meeting, Thursday 26th and Friday 27th December 2024 and is hugely popular so early booking is advisable. Tables can be booked for between 2-12 guests.
The package includes everything you will need to enjoy racing in absolute luxury and includes:
- Private table within trackside suite with panoramic views
- Balcony viewing above the finish post
- VIP admission badge
- Reserved parking
- Racecards and racing papers
- Bucks Fizz reception drink and canapes
- Four course Grand Buffet luncheon
- Complimentary tea/coffee during the day on request

The Platinum package is priced at £188 per person (Inclusive of VAT)
We offer reduced pricing for children as follows:
0-3yrs – Free of charge | 4-10yrs – £94 | 11-17yrs – £155

White Rose Bistro Package
Wetherby Racecourse’s White Rose Suite seats approximately 120 diners and offers a bistro menu, fine food and excellent value for money.
Situated on Level 3 of the Wetherby Millennium Stand within the Premier Enclosure. The suite does not afford a view of the racing, but has Racecourse TV installed and tote betting close to hand. Diners wishing to view live racing may go down one-level to the Millennium Grandstand, where there are covered seats and steppings. Booking our Bistro Package is the only way to secure your table for the day and offers great value for money.

From £61.00 per person inclusive of VAT – Dependant on Fixture Date.
This package is available every raceday, except on our Feature Plus Meetings – The bet365 Charlie Hall Saturday, Boxing Day and the 27th December when the package is our White Rose Restaurant Package.
Concession and annual badge holder discounts are available as is child pricing.
Wetherby Annual Badge Holders receive a discount on the package price. Children are welcome in the Restaurant and reduced pricing is available.
*Two courses can be either a starter and main course, or main course and dessert. An additional course can be added on the day for £7.55 per person. Some menu items may be subject to a surcharge which would be payable on the day of racing.
The maximum online booking limit is 20 guests, larger parties may be accommodated, but you are requested to call the hospitality team who can check availability and discuss further.
Walk-ins – Due to the popularity of the White Rose Bistro we cannot guarantee availability for walk-ins on the day. If you would like to dine in the Bistro we would strongly advise booking in advance. On some of our quieter fixtures we may have availability for walk-ins on a shared table basis however these tables are not allocated for the duration of the day and after dining you may be asked to vacate the dining room to enjoy racing from the other Premier Enclosure facilities.
Afternoon Tea – The White Rose Bistro also serves afternoon tea from either the Bistro or our Mezzanine. You don’t need to have dined. Subject to availability on the day you can often just pop in and be served with a sumptuous Yorkshire afternoon tea, including sandwiches, cakes and scones with cream and preserves. Please pop into the White Rose Bistro reception and enquire during the day.
White Rose Restaurant Package
During our three Feature Plus race meetings, the White Rose Suite offers an enhanced dining package.

The White Rose Restaurant packages on our feature plus meetings can only be purchased in advance of the raceday and early booking is advised as the Restaurants do sell out.

Bespoke Hospitality
Larger parties of between 80-500 guests can be accommodated in a Wetherby Hospitality Marquee, situated within our Paddock enclosure.
Our marquees are fully lined, boarded and carpeted, and have heating to ensure they are cosy warm on even the chilliest of our racedays. Set in the heart of the action your guests will fully appreciate the atmosphere and excitement of a day at the races.
Previous corporate clients have incorporated product launches and exhibitions into their day and our Charity clients have organised fundraising events and auctions, making the very most out of their raceday experience.
