The Venue
Wetherby Racecourse has a wide range of state-of-the-art facilities; whether you are looking to host a conference, exhibition or celebrate a special occasion, our flexible event spaces provide the perfect setting for your event.
With up to 20 unique and flexible event rooms, we are able to seat up to 500 delegates theatre style and 300 guests for formally seated banqueting events.
Bramham Hall
The Bramham Hall is our largest function suite offering 487 square meters of useable floor space. Located on the ground floor, and with three separate double-door access points, we can even drive vehicles inside the space if required.
The Bramham Hall offers a large open exhibition or conference space that can be divided by the use of a removable partition. The Bramham Hall can seat up to 500 delegates seated theatre style and 300 delegates seated cabaret style.
Millennium Stand
The innovative Millennium Stand is our flagship building and provides a number of superb, flexible suites suitable for a range of events. The Millennium Stand suites are spread across four floors and can accommodate various capacities from small syndicate rooms of 10 or more delegates to a conference for 200 delegates.
There are 9 syndicate rooms on Level 3 of our Millennium Stand that have removable partition walls to allow us a huge degree of flexibility on room sizes. We can provide 9 individual syndicate suites or one large exhibition space, or any combination in between. The syndicate rooms on level 3 also open up into our White Rose Restaurant to provide one large space of 456m² perfect for exhibitions.
Millennium West
The Millennium West Grandstand
The Millennium West Grandstand was opened in October 2017 and compliments our existing conference banqueting and conferencing facilities in both the adjoining Millennium Stand and adjacent Bramham Hall. The Grandstand is an extension to the existing Millennium Stand.
The suites within the Millennium West offer great reception, banqueting, networking and dining spaces, with each floor offering stunning views across the Racecourse and access to outside seating areas. Due to the large expanse of windows in these suites, they are not used as main plenary rooms but can be used as smaller breakout suites for team-building and/or discussion work.
The Henry Crossley – Level 1 (Ground Floor)
The Henry Crossley Suite offers ground floor access and the wide entry doors will allow vehicular access so ideal for Car display or launch.

The Riston Suite – Level 2 (Middle Floor)
The second floor suite, offers a large outside balcony to both the front and rear of the suite, offering views across the racetrack and the parade ring.
The suite will accommodate up to 140 for formal dining or can be set with casual seating for informal functions and events. The Riston Suite offers easy access into the Wetherby Millennium Stand, main entry foyer and Marston Moor Conference Suite. Click for Floor Plans
The 1891 Bar – Level Three
Our top floor bar is a replica internally to the Riston Suite on level 2, it offers great views of the track and Parade Ring.
Outdoor Space
The Racecourse is set in over 300 acres of rolling parkland and includes a 25 acre showground and unlimited car parking areas for your guests.
The Racecourse offers a good mix of both grass and hard-standing ground surrounding our state-of-the-art buildings that lends itself to a variety of uses such as team building, outdoor exhibitions, car shows and fun days.

The Bramham Hall worked really well for our 300 delegates and using the ceiling television screens to project our presentation throughout the room helped no end.
The serving of refreshments and food worked really well. I timed and it took 300 people 11 minutes to all have a drink which enabled us to stay on schedule throughout the day. Lunch worked really well and everyone got through the buffet quick and efficiently.
